We can do as much or as little as the property owner needs or desires. Some property owners want a completely hands off experience. They want their property manager to handle every aspect of the rental: Marketing, housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, and booking. We can do that! Other property owners would rather pay less for management services and handle some items themselves. In this case, we may only take care of the house keeping, or just the marketing. We can do as little or as much as the property owner needs.
